    Seavista is perfectly situated immediately across the road from the beach path. Within easy walking distance are Adelaide Shores Sailing Club, Henley Beach Sailing Club, Fishing Charters, Bait shop and Barratt Reserve Playing Fields. Close by are three local golf clubs. A short distance by car is the Adelaide Rowing Club at West Lakes, Santos Stadium and ETSA Park just off Sir Donald Bradman Drive.

    Delicious breakfast available on the balcony of the West Beach Surf Life Saving Club. Café 'Salsa' is a short walk for fabulous Italian cuisine. At adjacent Henley Beach, a few minutes north, there are hotels, restaurants and coffee shops together with a retail precinct.

    Historic Glenelg is four minutes south by car, with its bustling main street, abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants and popular Bay Tram. Seavista is also a short 3 minute drive from the popular Harbourtown mall, IKEA and Adelaide Airport.

    West Beach local shops comprise 7 day supermarket, Liquor Store, Post Office/Stationary, Hairdresser, Chicken and Fish Shop, Bakeries, Café, Pizza Bar, Medical and Dental Clinics and a 24 hour BP Service Station. The Bus Stop to Adelaide is 3 minutes walk.



    Terms and Conditions of stay at Seavista Holiday Units


    The Terms and Conditions of the holiday letting as agreed to by both parties are as follows and a departure from these terms and conditions permits Seavista to refuse the key, amend the charge or immediately terminate the occupancy. Please note that payment of the booking deposit fee constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    Deposit and Payment - A valid credit card (mastercard or visa) pre-authorisation is required upon registration and payment of deposit. Balance of the account will be required upon arrival. If paying the balance by cheque or money order, such payment must be made one week in advance of arrival.

    Guests - Where guests sign for and on the behalf of a business or company, and in the event that the business or company is unable or refuses to pay any amount due, the guest(s) shall be liable to pay on demand any amount owing by the business or company under this agreement. The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Guest Registration Notice. Additional fees of $15 per person per night will apply for additional guests not notified to the operators in advance and Seavista reserves the right to terminate the reservation without notice and without refund. The client making the booking must be 18 years or over and agrees to take full responsibility for the temporary occupation of the property.

    Keys - Keys will be made available by Seavista from reception once payment has been received in full. Should you be arriving after business hours, please let us know in advance so that suitable key arrangements can be made. Upon departure all keys are to be returned to reception. A charge of $30 will be charged as a result of any unreturned keys.

    Cleaning and Servicing - The property is not cleaned or serviced during your stay. The apartment will be presented to you clean, functional and fully equipped upon your arrival. Should you have any concerns whatsoever with the cleaning standards or if any items are not functioning to your satisfaction, then please contact us immediately so that we may rectify it for you. All premises are to be left in a satisfactory clean and tidy state, including all garbage wrapped and placed in large bins outside, dishes washed and placed away. In the event of excessive cleaning requirements, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest's account.

    Damages, Breakages, Theft and Loss - The person(s) registering as the guest(s) shall be liable for any loss or damage, breakage or loss of furniture, furnishings, equipment, appliances, locks or keys and must be reported immediately and paid for at cost, other then acceptable wear and tear. Please note, that our cleaners do a detailed check both before and after your occupation.

    Theft and Loss to or from the property or its contents are your responsibility and liability during your stay and must be reported immediately to us. Without prejudice to any other remedies available, the total cost of making good any such damage, breakage, theft or loss will be payable by you. If necessary you will be liable for any excess which may be charged against any debit or credit card which has been used for payment. The owners take no responsibility for your or your guests or invitees personal property during your stay. If however any personal items are found by our cleaning staff we will make all reasonable efforts to contact you in order to arrange their return.

    No Pets - Pets are not permitted in any Seavista unit.

    No Smoking - Smoking is not permitted inside Seavista units.

    Cancellation - In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable, unless the property is re-let for he entire period of the cancellation. A $20 cancellation fee will then apply. If the client has paid in full, this amount is non-refundable, unless the unit is re-let for the entire period of the cancellation. A $20 cancellation will also apply. Should the term of accommodation be reduced, the registered guest hereby agrees to be liable for the appropriate tariff under the current schedule of rates.

    General conduct at Seavista - All guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not cause distress to neighbours/guests or interfere in any way with their right to enjoy their properties. We reserve the right to remove guests who do not adhere to this code of behaviour. In these cases, no refund will be due, and we will not be responsible for finding or funding alternate accommodation, nor will we be responsible for any other associated costs.

    Telephone and Internet - A telephone is not available at Seavista however a public telephone is located in Stanhope Street. Wireless Internet Access is available. For charges and access details please see Reception. Office Hours - Our office is located at 52 Seaview Road West Beach and is open from 9.00 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday and 9.00 am to 12 noon on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. If arriving after hours please make sure you organize balance of payment and key collection prior to arrival.

    Alterations by Seavista - Seavista will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the operators reserve the right to make alterations to bookings if necessary. Indemnity - Seavista shall not be responsible for or liable to compensate for the loss, theft or damage of personal property on or brought into the unit or in the immediate vicinity of any of the units. You agree to indemnify us for any claim, direct or indirect, on a complete indemnity basis including our legal costs, whether contributed to by our own negligence or otherwise that arises from any breach of any these terms by you or someone on your behalf. Disputes regarding damage, cleaning or rubbish will not be entered into unless reported to our office upon arrival at the premises.

    Disclaimer. The unit is occupied at the sole risk of the tenant. Seavista Holiday Units, it's Directors, employees and/or agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to property or any other claim whatsoever arising out of the rental or occupancy of the apartment.
